Yeah the mobile app renders it's on font it seem. So it works, but the web version uses a monospaced font so the right justification is aligned better.
I guess if you change the theme on the web it doesn't change in the app? Or maybe I just have to be patient 🤷♂️
I think sadly, the font applies only to the newsletter and the web version. Hmmm, I'll have to think about this. I really wanted a monospaced typewriter feel, haha.
The ai bot for support didn't seem to know 🤣 I think perhaps the mobile app renders everything in the same font as it looks uniform to me across the app sadly. I should check maybe the newsletter (email) used the intended version.
The picture of the way you wanted it depicted rocks, and is definitely cooler than how Substack rendered it
Thanks! I think I've made my piece with substack and will just post multiple versions like this in the future.
Butchered by algos :(
I love the graceful shape of the words coming together. Shape is story!
Ah thanks. I wish we had more control here to paint with our words but I'll take it, for now 😀
Oh yeah! The screen shot looks great. Added layer this time around, it looks like DNA.
Love what you did with the positioning of the poem on the page. I'm nuts for that sort of thing, and here you use it to great effect.
Thanks! Did you view this in the app or on the web BTW? I switched my theme over to monospace but it doesn't seem to change the app typeface.
I viewed it on the mobile app, and it looks like this. Is that as intended?

Hmm... might not hurt to send them a message about it (I assume there is some kind of way to do that).

Maybe you could type it on a type it properly in your word processor and post the cropped screenshot?

An a.i. support bot? Oh no.
