Live at the Lyric 21.4.25

I went back to the Lyric everyone! I’m now doing live poetry twice a week on Friday and Monday. Not a year ago, you couldn’t convince me this would be my life :)

Before the show setup. Faces obscured to protect the innocent.

Here was the set list:

1. Muted trumpet to set the mood

2. Colorado Haiku.

3. Witches’ Butter.

4. Robert Bly’s The Dead Seal.

5. Mountains are Burning Again.

6. Mountains of the Living Dead.

I took

James Hart

’s advice and made the endings more obvious and I think that worked better this time. I also added a trumpet, a rain stick, and an extra surprise because I don’t know what-they-are-called right now, but they were fun.
