Here's your chance to buy
     a fixer-upper.
Beach front property —
The Rivera of the Middle East.

The current landlord wants out —
     dispute with current tenants,
     buildings no longer stand,
     blood on the walls,
     but not many remain.
Some scattered cribs.
Sold "as is."

Ideal buyer is a global empire,
can bring their own security,
     midwestern and urban youth,
     willing to travel —
     hazard pay included.

Will check references
     on past experiences with Arabs.
